About me

I have been a Mortgage Adviser since 2005 and worked for HSBC, Santander and large estate agency chains as a Senior Mortgage Adviser.  My areas of expertise are residential, buy to let, limited company mortgages and mortgages for portfolio landlords.  As an Independent mortgage broker, I have access to whole of mortgage market.  I am dedicated to creating a meaningful, long-term relationship with you that is based on understanding, knowledge and commitment to excellence. 

I will provide you with a free initial consultation and I will always explain exactly what broker fees you will be charged before you choose to proceed with an application.  As I offer a bespoke mortgage advice service, my charges can vary depending on complexity and work involved in your case. 

I do not charge broker fee for standard remortgages for residential and buy to let property.  I charge broker fee of £500 for all complex remortgages, portfolio landlords, Limited company remortgages  and all types of purchase mortgages.

 I only charge if we are successful in obtaining a mortgage offer for you and  my fee is payable on receipt of that mortgage offer.  In addition, I will be paid commission by the lender; the amount due will be disclosed via the mortgage illustration.
